Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email so you can follow your package the whole way.

Customs & Import Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union, your country may charge customs fees or import taxes. These are set by your local customs office, not by Renzen, and are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package gets lost or shows up damaged, email us right away at renzenhelp@gmail.com with your order number and a few photos. We'll sort it out as fast as we can.
