Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us regarding any issue with your order.
Return Conditions
Returns are accepted only in the following cases: item received damaged, defective, or not matching the order placed. Custom cases cannot be returned if they match the order specifications.
Refund
Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
